Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority assign new director general

Hamza Johari has been announced as the new director general for the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority, effective from this week, replacing Redemptus Bugomola in the role.

Johari holds a Masters degree in International Air Law, and has served the past decade as the executive secretary of the TCAA Consumer Consultative Council.
 
Tanzania’s aviation industry has suffered recently, but is moving towards a financial break-even point.
