St Helena Airport to open next month

St Helena Airport will be officially opening on 21st May, with the Governor, St Helenians and HRH The Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex in attendance.

The ceremony will consist of a blessing, speeches, music from the Combined Band and a march-past of the Island’s Uniformed Contingents.
 
HRH The Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex will embark on a Royal programme of visits upon arriving at St Helena, focusing on community engagement.
