Isiolo International Airport to open next month

Posted 12 May 2016 · Add Comment

Isiolo International Airport is due to begin operations next month, after a KES2.7 billion (USD26.8 million) construction.

The Kenya airport was due to open last year however conflicting interests between residents of Meru and Isiolo delayed the completion.

Those affected by the flight path are due to be resettled after the Kenya Airports Authority completes arrangements with the National Land Commission.
